Hi peeps ! I'm back ! Tasks never ended ! Seriously, i don't have enough time to shop or even to go yam cha with my friends also ! Study, reports, assignments, ballet class, teaching....... ~~How to shop when i don't even have enough time to sleep?~~ :( See ! But still i blog ! Good girl not? hehe :P

So last Saturday was our Kah Yee aka cute little guinea pig quik quik 20th birthday ! Happy Birthday Quik Quik ! Waited this day for so so so long ! Finally there was a day for us to put everything aside, and go happy together ! Wheee ! Anyway, this anticipated day and plan did not ended as what we expected.

Here goes the plan.

We contacted Quik's boyfriend and get to know that she like Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream cake. Thus, me secretly bought a Baskin Robin chocolate ice cream cake and left it in Beer Factory in Setia Walk and planned to give her a suprise once i hint the person in charged. We actually planned to act like we didn't buy any cake for her, in fact we actually did, somemore her favourite one. Once i handled my cake to the person in charge in Beer Factory, i reminded him again and again that the cake i bought was an ice cream cake and asked him to place into the fridge immediately. I even wrote a small note mentioning that cake was an ice cream cake. Okay. Good. They say they will plan everything perfectly for me, asked me not to worry. So i left there, and meet my girls in Daorae Korean Restaurant for dinner.

All my women dolled up themselves beautifully,so charming, just like always. lol. We already said that we gotta take tonnes of photos together and have fun gao gao that night ! Wohoooo ! So excited !

First round ended, we headed to second round at about 11.00pm. What a lucky day, my car overheated. Zzzzzzz. Anyway, party shouldn't end like that ! Hahaha. So excited once we reached BF, wonders what would she react when they serve the cake out !

We ordered Black Label and ready to suprise her later.

A place full of music and laughters. Shake shake shake. Snap snap snap.

We hinted the guy and asked him to serve the cake out. Waiting and waiting.....

Guess what? He served the box out,instead of serving the cake out with lighted candles and left without saying anything. We are kinda unhappy with their attitude already, cus he wasn't following our plan. It's alright, we opened the cake. Now what. The cake already melted for like so long ! It is not in a chilled condition at all ! When we touch the box of the cake, it is totally warm ! wtf.

We were so angry and we asked for explanation. You know what they said?

" First of all, Ms, you didn't tell out staff that this is an ice cream cake."

" What?! I DID MENTIONED AND I WROTE A NOTICE TO HIM TOO ! "

" Oh ya? But Ms. you must understand..our freezer is different from the bakery shop one..it is in "HOT" temperature.."

WHATTHEFAAAA??? HOT TEMPERATURE???!!

Are you kidding me? You thought we're stupid isit?????!!!!

" What HOT temperature??!! I bought this cake and i placed it in my chiller before i send it here, now are you going to tell me that your chiller is different from mine????!"

" Okay then..But we didn't know that was an ice cream cake..so we didn't place it in the freezer.."

Just now you told me your chiller is in HOT temperature, then you say u don't know it's an ice cream cake so you didn't place it into it. Don't you think this is ridiculous??!

I request to talk to the guy in charged. He said, " Ya ms, you did tell me that was an ice cream cake and i have to place it in the chiller, but when i passed to the staff in kitchen, i just asked them to place the cake in the chiller without mentioning it was made from ice cream, so they just leave it there."

So that's the way how you guys do business? So let's say today the cake was not an ice cream cake, then you are supposed to place the cake at aside instead of placing it in the fridge la? Does the word "ICE CREAM" that matter?? WTF.

Seriously, we were extremely disappointed. The plan was ruined, totally. Ice-cream cake melted. And birthday girl does not manage to blow a cake on HER birthday!

The way they handle customer and their attitude was so so bad.

I haven't finish my story actually. Let's say I finished the whole story, you really kena betul betul le BF.

Just to share out my lesson here.

NEVER EVER LEAVE AN ICE CREAM CAKE IN A PLACE :

-WITHOUT SHOUTING AND REMINDING THE STAFF CONTINUOUSLY THAT THE CAKE HAS TO BE STORED IN CHILLER.

-BEFORE YOU CHECK THEIR CHILLER TEMPERATURE WHETHER IS IN CHILLED CONDITION OR HOT CONDITION.

Okay. Chill chill.
